In 2004 Candice Michelle contested as one of the contestants for the 2004 RAW Diva Search which is held once every year. Despite losing to Christy Hemme, WWE hired Candice anyway and placed her on the RAW brand under the gimmick of a makeup artist and continued to stay on. She has not won any titles yet but has remained one of the most popular Divas in the WWE history.

According to WWE.com Candice Michelle is most well-known for her involvement in the popular "GoDaddy.com" commercials that parodied the 2004 Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction that first aired during the 2005 Super Bowl. Candice as "Nikki Cappelli" captured America with her swiveling dance and "wardrobe malfunction." Before Candice was Miss GoDaddy.com, however, she had been appearing on RAW since November of 2004.
